【摘要】目的 对老年人胸腰椎应力性骨折的临床X线表现进行分析和讨论。方法 选取我院2016年12月～2017年12月收治41例老年性胸椎应力性骨折临床资料，均采取X线诊断，对其X线表现进行分析。结果 全部胸腰椎均有骨质疏松，推体压缩以胸11.12.腰1.2为重，最重者压缩70%，最轻者压缩10%。结论 X线可作为老老年性胸椎应力性骨折的首选方式，为临床治疗提供了科学的依据，值得推广。
