【摘要】目的 分析无创正压通气联合常规疗法治疗成人急性心衰综合征临床。方法 选取2016年1月～2018年5月本院接收的成人急性心衰综合征患者153例作为研究对象，由入院先后将其分为对照组76例与实验组77例，对照组采取常规疗法，实验组采取无创正压通气联合常规疗法治疗，对比两组疗效。

    结果 实验组患者临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对成人急性心衰综合征患者行无创正压通气联合常规疗法治疗的效果较显著，可有效改善患者血气指标和生命体征，提高患者心功能。
