【摘要】目的 分析在奥氮平对谵妄患者治疗无效后用喹硫平治疗的效果。方法 选择我院接收的谵妄且奥氮平治疗无效者56例，遂分两组继续治疗，对照组为奥氮平治疗，研究组换喹硫平进行治疗，对比应用效果。结果 研究组BPRS、TESS与CAM-CR评分改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论 用奥氮平对谵妄患者治疗无效后换用喹硫平继续治疗的效果更显著。
