【摘要】慢性肾衰竭常合并电解质紊乱，而高钾血症发生率高，易诱发心律失常、中枢神经系统抑制甚至死亡，故统计常用单味中药饮片、方剂中钾含量，筛选钾含量低的中药，避免中药中钾对慢性肾衰竭患者的危害。
