【摘要】随着我国居民生活水平的提高，基层医疗问题引人关注。近年来卫生部正逐步推进城市医疗体制改革，努力提高社区的医疗服务质量与水平，满足广大人民群众的医疗需求。该文就中医中药在基层医疗机构的发展情况与特点予以关注，指出存在的问题与解决对策，为基层发展中医药事业提供参考。
