【摘要】目的 研究分析持续护理质量改进应用于心内科护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年～2018年我院心内科收治的心内科疾病患者72例作为研究对象，将其分为两组，各36例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组进行持续护理质量改进护理对患者进行研究，观察护理效果。结果 较于对照组，观察组患者的护理质量、负面情绪评分、护理纠纷发生率及护理满意度均显著更优，组间对比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 持续护理质量改进应用于心内科护理中可有效改善患者的焦虑心理，降低护理纠纷，患者护理满意度高。
