【摘要】目的 探讨孕妇中孕期彩超筛查胎儿心血管异常的临床效果分析。方法 选取了2016年～2019年收治需要彩超筛查的孕妇60例，分为2组作为此次观察研究的对象。结果 实验组患者在经过彩超筛查后其诊断的确诊率为28例93.33%，其漏诊率为2例6.67%。有11例为单纯的心脏畸形，8例为心脏变大，6例合并心外畸形，3例为心脏出现肿瘤;对照组患者的确诊率为20例(66.67%)，其漏诊为10例33.33%。在漏诊的10例患者中有5例均经过彩色多普勒仪确诊，其余5例漏诊因为胎儿的胎位异常无法诊断。对比2组患者的诊断结果，实验组均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 经研究对胎儿心血管异常的检查，彩超诊断准确率较高，值得应用。
