【摘要】目的 探究中西医结合治疗中青年人群高血压病的临床疗效。方法 对我院高血压科的门诊和病房2018年3月～2019年3月治疗的48例中青年高血压患者进行病情回顾分析。经患者及家属同意后，将其分成观察组(24例、中西医结合治疗)、对照组(24例、西医治疗)。医护人员将两组患者的治疗有效率进行对比。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率(95.8%)高于对照组患者治疗有效率(83.3%)，P=0.035。结论 中西医结合治疗能够有效提高中青年高血压患者的治疗有效率，改善患者生活质量及身体健康，治疗方法安全，治疗效果显著，可在中青年高血压患者的治疗中被推广应用。
