【摘要】目的 左西孟旦治疗难治性心衰的临床观察。方法 随机选择在晋中市第三人民医院综内一科住院的顽固性心衰患者86例，分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者给予心衰的常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上增加左西孟旦，观察两组患者临床疗效及不良反应情况并进行比较。结果 治疗后3天观察组治疗的总有效率为95.62%，高于对照组77.50%;治疗后3天后观察组患者心率、尿量、NT-pro BNP、hs-CRP改善情况优于对照组;两组患者治疗后不良反应无统计学差异。结论 针对顽固性心力衰竭患者，左西孟旦能够显著提升治疗效果，安全性好。

    【Abstract】Objective Observe clinical study of treatment of refractory heart failure(RHF) about Levosimendan.Methods Select 86 patients with RHF in random from the Third People's Hospital of Jinzhong and divided into observation group and control group.The patient of control group accepted Levosimendan the basis of conventional control group. To observe the clinical effect of two groups of patient before and after treatment、adverse reactions and make comparisons.Results The total effective rate of observation group is 95.62% after the treatment of 3 days apparently higher than control group's 77.50%. The HR、the improvement of urine volume on 24 hours of the patients、NT-proBNP、hs-CRP of the difference between two groups after 3 days was statistically significant.The adverse reaction of two groups has no obvious difference.
