    【摘要】目的 探讨会阴部坏死性筋膜炎的诊断及治疗效果。方法 对2017年12月～2018年12月期间我院诊治的7例PNF患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 本组7例患者，死亡1例，其余6例全部治愈，平均住院时间40 d，随访3月均无复发。结论 早期诊断、彻底清创对PNF预后起关键性作用。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of perineal necrotizing fasciitis. Methods Clinical data of 7 patients with PNF diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 7 patients in this group， 1 died， and the other 6 were all cured， with an average length of hospital stay of 40d. Conclusion Early diagnosis and thorough debridement play a key role in the prognosis of PNF.
