【摘要】目的 探讨冠心病患者接受阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床疗效。方法 采用随机方法将2017年我院诊治的94例冠心病患者分为2组，对照组使用阿托伐他汀治疗，观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗，比较2组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后2组患者的临床指标均明显改善，观察组的改善幅度更大，对比差异性显著，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗的总有效率为95.7%，显著高于对照组的76.6%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪用于冠心病治疗的效果良好，可明显降低患者的血脂水平，减轻心绞痛，强化心功能，可临床采纳和推广。
