【摘要】目的 分析米非司酮治疗妇产科疾病的临床效果。方法 选取我院2018年2月～2019年5月妇产科收治的患者84例，对照组采取常规治疗，实验组采取米非司酮治疗。结果 实验组患者的治疗有效率、满意度高于对照组，对比具有统计学有意义。结论 米非司酮提高患者治疗效果，提高治疗满意度，改善预后。
