【摘要】目的 探究对老年疝气术后患者实施延续性护理对其行为依从性及复发率产生的影响。方法 选取118例在2017年2月～2019年3月本院收治的老年疝气术后患者，根据随机分组原则分为观察组(延续性护理)和对照组(常规护理)各59人。结果 相比于对照组，观察组行为依从性(96.61%)较高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，疾病复发率(6.78%)较低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年疝气术后患者实施延续性护理后，除了能够提高患者的行为依从性以外，还可以降低疾病复发率，推广价值较显著。
