【摘要】目的 探讨帕金森病患者UPDRS评分与强化护理的关系。方法 本研究分析2018年4月～2019年6月入院的60例帕金森病患者进行强化护理干预，对比干预前后UPDRS评分及PDQ39评分改变情况。结果 强化护理干预帕金森病患者后的UPDRS评分及PDQ39评分较干预前有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对帕金森病患者采用强化护理干预可改善帕金森病患者UPDRS评分并提高生活质量。

    【Abstract】Objective To observe the relationship between UPDRS score and intensive nursing in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods This study analyzed 60 hospitalized patients with Parkinson's disease for intensive nursing intervention，and compared the changes of UPDRS score and PDQ39 score before and after the intervention.Results UPDRS score and PDQ39 score after intensive nursing intervention were statistically significant compared with those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention can improve UPDRS score and quality of life in patients with Parkinson's disease.
