【摘要】目的 探究医院病案管理工作中精细化病案管理的应用效果。方法 我院病案管理工作自2019年1月起实施精细化病案管理，自该管理措施实施前(2018年1月～2018年12月)后(2019年1月～2020年1月)分别随机抽取1000例病案进行分析，对比两组病案管理工作质量。结果 精细化病案管理实施后住院病案首页合格率、3日回收率、归档正确率以及编码正确率与对照组相比均较高(P<0.05)。结论 医院病案管理工作中精细化病案管理的应用能够有效提升病案管理质量。
