早期肢体康复训练在高血压脑出血偏瘫患者治疗中的应用研究(1)
【摘要】目的 早期肢体康复训练在高血压脑出血偏瘫患者治疗中的应用研究。方法 选取我院2018年3月～2020年3月收治的102例高血壓脑出血偏瘫患者作为此次研究的对象，平均分为对照组与实验组，给予对照组常规抗毒治疗，实验组给予患者早期肢体康复训练进行治疗，主要包括：心理干预、体位训练、患肢训练、日常生活训练。结果 治疗前两组患者的NIHSS评分和BI评分无明显差异，治疗后实验组患者的NIHSS评分和BI评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 运用早期肢体康复训练队高血压脑出血偏瘫患者进行治疗，能够有效提高治疗的疗效，降低患者的不良情绪，给予患者自信心，提高患者的日常生活质量

Application of early limb rehabilitation training in the treatment

【Abstract】Objective To study the application of early limb rehabilitation training in the treatment of hemiplegic patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 102 cases of hemiplegia patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study，and were divided into Control group and Experimental group on average.the Control group was given conventional antitoxic treatment，and the Experimental group was given early limb rehabilitation training，which mainly included：psychological intervention，postural training，limb training，and daily life training.Results There was no significant difference in NIHSS score and BI score between the two groups before treatment.After treatment，NIHSS score and BI score of the Experimental group were significantly better than that of the Control group(P<0.05).Conclusion early limb rehabilitation training for hemiplegic patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the therapeutic effect，reduce the patients'adverse emotions，give patients confidence，and improve the quality of daily life.

高血压是临床上非常常见的一种慢性疾病，属于慢性脑血管疾病，患者血压持续性的升高会对血管造成冲击导致血管张力过大，引起血管破裂并出血。高血压脑出血会危害患者的神经系统，从而引发偏瘫，高血压脑出血偏瘫的患者会有不同系统、不同程度的障碍。此疾病对患者的生活质量和心理治疗有着很大的影响，同时也会增加患者家属的负担。对患者进行早期肢体康复训练能够有效改善引发的并发症，将病情进行优化和控制，对患者的生活能力有着有效的提升，同时对患者的生活质量和心理质量也有着良好的效果。此次研究运用早期肢体康复训练队高血压脑出血偏瘫患者进行治疗。报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取我院2018年3月～2020年3月收治的102例高血压脑出血偏瘫患者作为此次研究的对象，将102例高血压脑出血偏瘫患者平均分为两组，对照组与实验组，对照组患者51例，男31例，女20例，年龄46～78岁，平均年龄(59.77±3.62)岁，病程14 d～4个月，平均病程(41.52±3.22)d，左侧30例，右侧21例。实验组患者51例，男32例，女19例，年龄47～80岁，平均年龄(59.70±3.64)岁，病程14 d～4个月，平均病程(41.46±3.29)d，左侧31例，右侧20例。两组患者均符合此次研究的入选标准，两组患者或患者家属均同意参加此次研究，并签署相关知情同意书。两组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义P<0.05，具有可比性。, 百拇医药(何欧琴 王芬芬)
