【摘要】目的 探究子宫内膜异位症应用米非司酮治疗的临床效果。方法 此次研究对象为我院2018年1月～2019年1月期间收治的子宫内膜异位症患者50例，50例患者均应用米非司酮进行治疗。观察治疗前后所有患者卵巢囊肿大小与卵巢储备功能。结果 50患者治疗后卵巢囊肿小于治疗前，差异显著(P<0.05)。同时，50例患者治疗前后卵巢储备功能各项指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 在子宫内膜异位症患者治疗中应用米非司酮，可改善患者卵巢囊肿大小，并且不会对卵巢储备功能造成影响。
