【摘要】目的 探讨在慢性前列腺炎治疗的过程中加以心理干预护理后的效果。方法 选取本院2017年1月～2020年1月本院收治的200例慢性前列腺炎患者，将其随机分为两组：常规组(n=100)和干预组各(n=100)。常规组采取常规的药物治疗和基础护理。干预组在常规组的基础上加以心理干预护理。对两组的满意度、疾病认知程度、住院时间及并发症发生率，护理前后生活质量评分、焦虑评分。结果 常规组的护理效果明低于干预组，干预组的患者病情不仅得到了有效控制，且其预后的复发率远远低于常规组。结论 心理干预护理在慢性前列腺炎的治疗过程中，具有确切效果，在临床护理上应推广。
