【摘要】目的 分析脊柱骨折+脊髓损伤患者接受延续护理的作用。方法 本研究主体为38例脊柱骨折+脊髓损伤患者。以护理模式为标准，A组行延续护理，B组行常规护理，对比护理价值。结果 A组的生活质量评分高于B组，焦虑与抑郁评分低于B组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 为该合并症患者行延续护理可缓解负性情绪，提升生活质量。
