【摘要】目的 探究对转移性骨癌痛患者应用普瑞巴林联合玛咖控释片治疗的临床价值。方法 随机抽取2018年10月～2020年1月入我院接受诊治34例转移性骨癌痛的患者纳入实验研究范围，采用等量数字随机方式进行分组，分别采用普瑞巴林联合玛咖控释片(实验组，n=17)及安慰剂联合玛咖控释片方式(对照组，n=17)进行治疗，分析治疗效果。结果 实验组治疗无效患者人数显著少于对照组，差异显著，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对转移性骨癌痛患者应用普瑞巴林联合玛咖控释片干预，有利于改善患者疼痛症状，优化疗效。
