【摘要】目的 探讨分析加减温阳化瘀利水汤治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 选择2019年1月～2020年1月于我院住院治疗的60例顽固性心力衰竭患者，将其随机分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)，给予对照组患者常规西药治疗，研究组在对照组常规西药治疗的基础上联合加减温阳化瘀利水汤治疗，观察两组临床效果。结果 研究组临床效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对糖尿病性骨质疏松患者采用加减温阳化瘀利水汤治疗效果显著，可有效促进患者病情改善。
