产前超声在基层医院胎儿畸形检查中的临床价值

【摘要】 目的：探讨超声在基层医院胎儿畸形检查中的临床意义。方法 回顾分析2010年1月至2013年6月经本院围产期超声诊断或疑似的166例胎儿先天畸形，并追踪观察。结果166例超声诊断或疑似胎儿畸形者，经上级医院会诊或生产和引产证实，诊断符合率为87.95%。其中124为单发畸形，42例为复合畸形。结论 基层医院能提示大部分胎儿畸形，对优生优育及出生后早期治疗具有重要的意义。
