【摘要】 目的：探讨治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法。方法 回顾性分析我院就诊的81例慢性前列腺炎患者临床资料，采用联合用药和热水坐浴的综合治疗方法进行治疗。结果 经过3个月的治疗，NIHCPSl评分从治疗前的20.3±0.9降至9.1±0.6(P<005))；前列腺液中白细胞数由治疗前的(2.9±0.6)个/HP降至(0.6±0.2)个/HP(P<005)；治疗后显著好转64.2%(52/81)，好转25.9%(21/81)，无9.9%(8/81)，总有效率90.1%。结论 综合疗法慢性前列腺炎疗效确切，安全可靠，值得推广应用。
