【摘要】 ：目的：探讨女性激素与乳腺癌的关系。方法 回顾性分析我院45例乳腺癌患者临床资料。结果 当作用于女性激素合成及代谢环节中的各种关键酶含量异常时可明显增加乳腺癌的发病率。结论 乳腺癌的发生和发展与激素特别是女性激素有密切关系。

【Abstract】 Objective： To study the relationship between female hormones and breast cancer. Methods a retrospective analysis of clinical data of 45 cases of patients with breast cancer. Results as for the abnormal content of key enzymes of various women hormone synthesis and metabolism process is significantly increased the incidence of breast cancer. Conclusion the occurrence and development of breast cancer and hormone was closely related to the female hormone.
