【摘要】 目的：普外是临床外科手术救治患者的重要科室，随着人们对医疗保健服务质量需求的不断增长，患者及其家属对护理质量的要求越来越高，因此给普外科临床护理工作提出了新的挑战…。我院近年来通过对普外科患者采取人性化护理措施，取得了较好的临床效果。结论：对普外科患者实施人性化护理，能够显著提高患者护理满意度，同时还提高了护理质量和护理人员的素质，满足了患者的需求，缩短了住院时间，值得临床进一步推广使用。
