【摘要】目的：提高接触人员的防护意识。方法：让护士认识职业危害因素的原因，途径。结果：护士掌握化疗药物职业危害因素，途径，严格执行防护措施及细胞毒性废弃物的处理。结论：只要认真执行自我防护的具体内容，可以将化疗的职业危害降到最低。

    【Abstract】 Objective To improve the protection awareness of Nurses Methods Make nurses know the reason and approach about occupational hazard factor Results The nurses master occupational hazard factor on chemotherapeutics drugs as well as the disposal route of waste of cytotoxicity and can make the protection awareness can be implemented strictly Conclusions If the awareness concerning Self-Defense can be faithfully implemented by us， the occupational hazard of ch emotherapeutics drugs will be drop to the lowest level.
