睾丸扭转26例临床分析(1)
【摘要】目的：探讨睾丸扭转的临床特点及诊治方法；方法：回顾26例睾丸扭转的临床资料。结论：26例中25例行手术探查，睾丸切除15例，复位固定10例。结论：彩色超声多普勒(CDIF)检查 ，抬举试验、提睾反射都很重要。考虑诊断后必须尽早手术探查，挽救睾丸功能，同时固定对侧睾丸，防止再次发生扭转是必要的。
