【摘要】 目的： 为观察穴位注射结合手法推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法： 将接受治疗的120例神经根型颈椎病病人，在征得病员知情同意后随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。治疗组采用穴位注射加推拿，对照组采用普通针灸加推拿。结果： 治疗组总有效率98.33%，对照组总有效率93.33%，经统计学处理差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论： 穴位注射加推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效优于普通针灸加推拿法。
