多层CT与超声影像检查对急性胰腺炎诊断价值的比较
【摘要】目的：比较多层CT与超声影像检查对急性胰腺炎的诊断价值。方法：70例急性胰腺炎患者皆采取多层CT与超声影像检查，对比分析两种检查阳性率情况。结果：多层CT诊断急性胰腺炎阳性率明显高于超声影像检查(P<005)；超声影像检查诊断胆源性胰腺炎阳性率则明显高于多层CT诊断(P<005)。结论：急性胰腺炎患者采取多层CT诊断可以取得比较高的确诊率，而胆源性胰腺炎则采取超声影像检查可获得更高的阳性率，临床诊断应灵活处理。
