【摘要】目的：分析非门脉高压性上消化道出血的治疗方法及效果观察。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年1月至2013年12月收治的86例非门脉高压性上消化道出血患者的临床资料，将其分为对照组与观察组，其中观察组46例，对照组40例，其中观察组采用奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑的治疗方案，对照组仅采用奥美拉唑进行治疗，对比两组的止血时间、输血量及48h后再出血率等指标。结果：对照组止血总有效率8111%，观察组为9271%，比较差异具统计学意义(P<005)；观察组的止血时间、输血量及48h再出血率均低于对照组，差异具统计学间义(P<005)。结论：针对非门脉高压性上消化道出血患者采用奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑的治疗方法疗效确切，具有一定的临床推广价值。
