卵巢癌患者血清中IL—17水平的检测及临床意义(2)

本文通过对 57例卵巢癌患者血清中 IL-17 水平检测结果进行了观察分析，结果发现卵巢正常组 IL-17 水平极低，但是在卵巢癌血清 IL-17 水平显著升高， 显示 IL-17 与卵巢癌发生有一定相关性，并且笔者还对不同肿瘤组织学下卵巢癌患者的IL-17 水平进行了研究，当组织学分化程度高的情况下血清 IL-17 水平较低， 当组织学分化程度低的情况下 IL-17 水平则明显升高， 显示 IL-17 与卵巢癌的发展明显相关， 并且与组织分化程度有负相关性，提示了IL-17表达水平的紊乱可能参与了卵巢癌的发生。
综上所述， 通过本文研究结果及临床报道结果显示，卵巢癌患者血清 IL-17 水平较正常人群明显升高，且与其分化程度呈负相关， IL-17 水平检测有助于对卵巢癌诊断及其治疗。
