【摘要】目的 比较横切法与双三角瓣法成形术修复内眦赘皮的效果。 方法 对30例上睑型、睑板型和倒向型3类内眦赘皮的患者，每型10例，用横切法和双三角瓣法成形术分别对同型中的5例进行矫正。 结果 横切法解除内眦赘皮彻底，调整解除的程度易掌握。切口少、瘢痕少是其特点。术毕内眦外形与几个月后的自然外形之间有一个逐渐恢复的改变过程。双三角瓣法对不同类型采用适合其类型特点的方法，即时显现出满意的修复效果。结论 横切法是一种设计简单、操作简便、对各型都有确切效果的方法。

【Abstract】0bjective: section method and double triangular flap plasty repair epicanthus effect. Methods 30 cases of upper eyelid, tarsal plate type and backward type 3 kinds of epicanthus patients, each type in 10 cases, were of the same type in 5 cases were corrected by cutting method and double triangular flap forming. The results section method relieves epicanthus completely, adjust the release degree easy to master. Incision scar less, less is its characteristic.
