145例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施循症护理的体会

【摘要】目的:探究腹腔镜胆囊切除术中对患者实施循症护理的作用和效果。方法:对在本院2010年1月-2013年1月期间接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者资料进行回顾性的分析，对患者实施的护理方法进行评价、比较和分析。结果:对接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者实施循症其整体效果更好，特别是其并发症的发生率要显著低于常规护理的患者(P < 0. 05)。结论:在腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗过程中实施循证护理可以促进患者康复、有效减少术后并发症发生率，建议临床上推广应用。

patients of laparoscopic cholecystectomy
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the function and effect of evidence-based nursing on patients of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: the patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of the data in our hospital during 2010 January -2013 year in January were retrospectively analyzed, the nursing methods for the patients with the implementation of the evaluation, comparison and analysis. Results: to accept the evidence in the overall effect of better implementation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of patients, especially the occurrence rate is significantly lower than the conventional nursing care for patients with complications (P < 0.05). Conclusion: resection of evidence-based nursing can promote the rehabilitation of patients, reduce the occurrence rate of postoperative complications in the process of implementation for the treatment of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, clinical application. ......
