【摘要】目的：观察抗过敏贴膜在预防小儿头皮静脉留置针固定引起的接触性皮炎的效果。方法 对在儿科使用静脉留置针输液的360例患儿分别使用3M透明贴膜和IV3000贴膜发生接触性皮炎经行回顾性分析。结果 IV3000贴膜接触性皮炎发生率低于3M贴膜。结论 对易过敏的患儿及夏季易致过敏的时期使用Iv3000贴膜可减少接触性皮炎的发生。

【ABSTRACT】Objective Objective：Film observed in the prevention of pediatric allergy scalp vein catheter fixed contact dermatitis caused by the effect.Methods: In the pediatric use of scalp vein infusion catheter were 160 cases of children with 3M transparency film and IV3000 film contact dermatitis through a retrospective analysis. Results: IV3000 film is lower than the incidence of contact dermatitis 3M film.
