【摘要】目的：探讨护理管理中的风险规避对策，为病人提供安全、有序的优质护理。方法制定护理临床风险管理计划明确护理风险管理职责，加强护理业务建设，规范关键护理过程的管理，加强护理风险监控，培训护士风险防范意识，持续质量改进。结果通过不断识别护理工作中现存的和潜在的风险，健全护理风险管理机制，持续质量改进，收到了一定的效果。结论实施有效的护理风险管理，对预防护理安全隐患的发生，减少护理纠纷起到了重要的作用。
