【摘要】 目的: 探讨剖宫产率上升的原因，寻找降低剖宫产率的有效方法。方法：总结分析2009—2013年剖宫产的病历资料。结果：5年平均剖宫产率为51.35%，非医学剖宫产率21.22%。结论：加强知识宣教，降低社会因素剖宫产率，推进自然分娩，保护妇女的身心健康。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the reason of the rising of the rate of cesarean section, to find effective ways to reduce the rate of cesarean section.Methods: We reviewed and analyzed 2009 - 2013 cesarean medical records.Results: 5 average cesarean section rate was 51.35%, the rate of cesarean section and 21.22% non medicine.
