醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿多汗症的临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿多汗症的疗效, 评估其疗效和临床价值。方法 将多汗症患儿60例随机分为2组, 治疗组30例以醒脾养儿颗粒治疗, 对照组30例嘱加强营养、锻炼, 观察2组治疗效果。结果 治疗组总有效率为87% ( 26 /30) , 对照组总有效率为40% ( 12 /30), 2组总有效率比较有显著性差异(X2= 8.318, P < 0. 05)，治疗组明显高于对照组。结论 醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿多汗症有明显疗效。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the effect of Xingpiyanger particles treatment of pediatric hyperhidrosis evaluate the curative effect and clinical value. Methods Children withhyperhidrosiswere randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group (n=30) were treated with Xingpiyangerparticles, the control group (n=30) were treated with strengthen nutrition, exercise. The efficacy of two groups was observed.
