半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎40例临床观察

【摘要】 目的：运用半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎临床疗效。方法：根据就诊时间随机分为治疗组40例服用半夏泻心汤加减治疗；对照组40例，给予单纯西药治疗，两组均连续治疗3月。结果：两组有效率及复发率比较，有显著差异(p<0.05)。结论：半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎有显著疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Ban Xia Xie Xin Decotion and combining other herbal medicine to treat Chronic non-atrophic gastritis. Methods ：40 patients of treatment group were giving Ban Xia Xie Xin decotion and combining other herbal medicine and 40 of control group treated by simple western medicine， continuous therapy for 3 months. Results ： there were obvious differences of effective rate and relapse rate between two groups(p<0.05) .Conclusion ：Ban Xia Xie Xin Decotion and combining other herbal medicine has obviously effect in treatment of Chronic non-atrophic gastritis.
