【摘要】 目的 ：探讨急性有机磷中毒患者急救及护理方法。方法 ：回顾性分析我院38例急性有机磷中毒患者临床资料，对其给予及时彻底清理毒物，合理、有效地应用解毒剂及复能剂，同时进行密切观察与护理，预防并发症的发生。结果 ：本组38例患者中治愈36例(占94.74%)，好转1例(占2.63%)，死亡1例(占2.63%)，有效率97.37%。结论 ：及时的抢救和精心的护理是抢救成功的重要保障。
