PFNA治疗股骨粗隆周围骨折(1)
【摘要】目的：了解PFNA治疗股骨粗隆周围骨折的优势。方法 ：回顾性分析我院2012 年 5月～2013年 6 月收治的股骨粗隆周围骨折病人 39 例；结果 ：随访观察4～15个月后，手术后39例均没有发生下肢深静脉血栓、褥疮、坠积性肺炎等并发症，手术切口无一例感染，手术优良率100%。 结论： PFNA是治疗股骨粗隆周围骨折非常合适的方法。
