阴式手术治疗子宫脱垂的临床分析

【摘要】目的：探讨阴式手术治疗子宫脱垂的临床分析；方法 ：将我院接受治疗的74例子宫脱垂患者随机分为观察组37例(行阴式子宫切除术后，再辅以阴道前后壁修补术)和对照组37例(行传统阴道前后壁修补术)，对比两组的治疗效果；结果 ：观察组患者总有效率100%(37/37)，明显高于对照组91.89%(34/37)，两组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)；结论 ：采用阴式子宫切除合并阴道前后修补手术治疗子宫脱垂的优点在于减少患者的疼痛感、治疗效果明显、安全可靠。
