【摘要】目的：观察针刺牵引配合静脉推注甲钴胺治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为2组，对照组30例采用针灸牵引治疗，治疗组30例采用针灸牵引配合静推甲钴胺治疗，2组选穴相同，10天为1个疗程，共2个疗程。治疗期间2组均不使用其他疗法和药物。结果：治疗组患者显效率76.67%，总有效率93.33%；对照组显效率53.33%，总有效率83.33%；治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。 结论：针刺牵引配合静脉推注甲钴胺治疗可以明显提高神经根型颈椎病的疗效。
