【摘要】目的：总结黄体囊肿出血的彩色多普勒超声特点，旨在提高超声对该病的诊断符合率。方法 ：回顾性分析我院经临床诊治证实的55例黄体囊肿出血患者的临床及超声图像特征。结果 ：55例患者中，超声表现为囊内出血的28例，囊肿破裂部分塌陷伴腹腔积液的10例，附件区杂乱回声团块伴腹腔积液的17例，超声诊断与临床结果符合的26例，误诊29例，误诊率52.7%。结论 ：卵巢囊肿出血的彩超表现较为复杂，容易造成误诊，需要结合临床及实验室检查，才能提高彩超诊断的准确性。
