【摘 要】探讨不明原因脑梗塞的病因以及危险因素。对临床上反复脑梗及其他缺血性卒中患者进行临床观察，特别是青年性患者的诊查。通过临床粗略统计，不明原因的脑卒中及反复复发的患者约一半患者存在卵圆孔的未闭现象。卵圆孔未闭为脑卒中的危险因素，而且为独立的因素可能。

    [Abstract] the etiology and risk factors of cerebral infarction were discussed.Clinical observation of patients with recurrent cerebral infarction and other ischemic stroke patients，especially the diagnosis of young sex patients .Through rough statistics，about half of the patients with unexplained cerebral apoplexy and recurrent relapse had an open ovum .Ovale is an unclosed risk factor for stroke and may be independent.
