【摘 要】在诱发尿路感染产生的众多因素中导尿留置不当占有重大比例，导尿管留置的时间、膀胱冲洗、导尿管材料以及卫生问题是产生导致尿路感染的主要因素，本文首先分析了产生留置尿管導致尿路感染具体原因，然后针对相应的影响因素制定了预防对策，以期降低留置导尿管导致尿路感染事件发生的概率。
