【摘 要】目的：探究早期胃癌患者应用腹腔镜下胃癌根治术与开腹胃癌根治术治疗的临床疗效。方法：纳入67例胃癌患者，依照患者应用治疗方式的差异将其分为开腹组和腹腔镜组，开腹组患者接受开腹根治术，腹腔镜组患者接受腹腔镜根治术。结果：术后腹腔镜组患者GLQI各项观察项目评分明显高于开腹组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：早期胃癌患者应用腹腔镜下胃癌根治术预后更佳。
