【摘 要】目的：孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德对于支气管哮喘病患肺功能的影响。方法：在2015.07-2017.10时间段内科收治支气管哮喘病患中抽出100例进行临床用药研究。根据所用药物将病患均分成布地奈德组(50例)和联合用药组(50例)，其中布地奈德组病患行单一布地奈德用药治疗，联合用药组病患在采取布地奈德同时结合孟鲁司特钠用药，研究2组病患的肺功能改善情况、哮喘总发作次数和用药副作用。结果：联合用药组病患用药疗效、肺功能改善情况、哮喘总发作次数和用药副作用均优于布地奈德组，2组数据比较，p<0.05。结论：对支气管哮喘病患行孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德用药治疗，可改善其肺功能，减少哮喘总发作次数，安全性好，值得运用及推广。
