【摘 要】目的：探讨预防保健门诊接种差错事故的方法。方法：回顾性分析预防保健门诊接种疫苗中发生差错隐患的原因。结果：我门诊接种室2014年10月～2017年10月共接种疫苗51845针次，护士在注射环节中共发现各类差错隐患21例，其中涉及禁忌症问题3例，占14%，接种证、卡不符1例，占4%，接种环节17例，占78%，差错隐患总发生率为0.04%。结论：通过提高门诊接种护士继续教育、查对制度的落实和门诊儿童家长的宣教，可大大减低门诊接种差错的发生。
