【摘 要】目的：总结对老年股骨颈骨折伴深静脉血栓形成的患者预防深静脉血栓复发的护理措施。方法：回顾2017年1月至2017年12月的30例老年股骨颈骨折伴深静脉血栓形成患者的临床资料，分析和总结其髋关节置换术前术后的各种护理方法。结果：30例老年股骨颈骨折伴深静脉血栓形成患者术后均无继发深静脉血栓形成或肺栓塞发生。 结论：老年股骨颈骨折伴深静脉血栓形成的患者经过系统的护理方法，可以有效地预防深静脉血栓的继发。

    [Abstract] Objective：To summarize the nursing measurements for prevention of deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture and deep vein thrombosis. Methods： The nursing measurements and clinical data of 30 cases of senile femoral neck fractures with deep vein thrombosis before hip replacements from January 2017 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.
