【摘要】目的：探讨全身麻醉和椎管内麻醉在髋关节置换术中的效果对比。方法：选取本院2014年3月-2018年10月收取的24例采取髋关节置换术治疗的患者进行研究分析，随机分为全麻组和椎麻组各12例，观察两组患者治疗结束后的疗效对比以及术后并发症。结果：全麻组较椎麻组的疗效对比，无统计学差异(P>0.05)；患者术前准备时间经统计学分析，无明显差异性(P>0.05)，而在手术时间以及术后留观时间中发现，全麻组明显较椎麻组时间长，有差异性(P<0.05)；全麻组并发症肺部感染以及术中低血压的发生率明显高于椎麻组，有显著统计学差异(X2=8.22，P<0.05)。结论：全身麻醉和椎管内麻醉应用于髋关节置换术中其临床疗效无差异性，但与全麻组比较，椎麻组可有效降低术前准备时间、手术时间以及留观时间，还可降低术后1个月内的并发症发生率，值得推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of general anesthesia and spinal anesthesia in hip arthroplasty. METHODS： Twenty-four patients who underwent hip arthroplasty from March 2014 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study.
